About you

You are a highly talented Senior Graphic Designer with a strong creative background and agency experience. You can think big and execute quickly. You are conceptually strong, technically proficient, and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where design plays a crucial role in sales and customer engagement. You have a proven track record of working across multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality creative work under pressure.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conceptualising and executing visually compelling designs for daily marketing needs, including website banners, emails, social media assets, and advertising campaigns.
  • Collaborating with marketing, content, and product teams to develop high-impact visuals that drive conversions and brand recognition.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining speed, accuracy, and creative excellence.
  • Adapting assets for campaigns while ensuring creativity and brand consistency.
  • Sourcing, editing, and retouching images to enhance product presentation and storytelling.
  • Brainstorming and developing campaign concepts alongside stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensuring all designs meet the company’s brand identity, visual guidelines, and high-quality standards.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior designers where necessary.

Requirements / Skills:

  • A Bachelor's degree, qualification, or equivalent experience in Graphic Design.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and exceptional design skills across various digital platforms.
  • A keen eye for visual details (attention to detail).
  • 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer, with proven agency or in-house creative team experience.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma for digital projects.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and composition principles.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high-quality work at speed.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and stakeholders.

Advantageous skills

  • Creating static and animated assets for digital platforms, including motion graphics and simple video content.
  • Experience in motion design (After Effects or similar) is an advantage.
